Joule Africa has entered into an agreement with the government of Sierra Leone to start work on the development of the second phase of one of the country’s major hydroelectric power sites. The project has the potential to triple the available energy in the country.

As a part of its commitment to socially responsible investment in Sierra Leone, Joule Africa will develop a variety of small renewable power projects and also actively support complimentary activities and organizations that provide health, education, and other services to generate a long term social dividend.
